    I offer in-person psychological support for adults and couples navigating relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, challenging life transitions, or stress management.<\/p>

    Through my work in the healthcare system in The Hague and Amsterdam, I have had the privilege of working with people with a wide range of psychological complaints and different cultural backgrounds. Drawing on this experience, I focus on meeting my clients where they are on their personal journey, collaboratively exploring the patterns they may be caught in.<\/p>

    Whether you feel down, overwhelmed, anxious, lost or empty \u2013 or all the above - our sessions provide a safe space where we can explore these themes together with curiosity and gently discover new ways to cope.<\/p>

    Throughout this process, I flexibly adopt experiential, cognitive, behavioural and mindfulness-based tools tailored to each person.
