Until 2022, I ran my own practice with health insurance approval for behavioral therapy in the northern Black Forest and for years I professionally accompanied children, adolescents, adults, families and couples in their personal processes. My several years of clinical experience in medical rehabilitation in the fields of psychotherapy, psychosomatics and psychiatry benefited me and still benefit today. During this time, I also worked intensively with IRRT as a therapy method for treating trauma and other trauma-related disorders. According to FH Kanfer, I see myself as a &quot;scientific practitioner&quot;, a specialist who takes a science-based approach to practical treatment. A current focus of treatment is anxiety and stress management in crises (Corona), dealing with long COVID, vaccine damage and war (Ukraine).
