I offer psychological support to both adults and couples.

In my work in the healthcare system in The Hague and Amsterdam, I have had the pleasure of working with people with a wide range of psychological complaints and different cultural backgrounds. Drawing on this experience, I focus on meeting my patients where they are on their personal journey, examining what patterns they are or may be caught in, and finding new ways to cope with difficult experiences.

Whether you feel depressed, overwhelmed, anxious, lost or empty – or all the above, our sessions are a safe space where we can explore these themes together.

Throughout this process, I flexibly adopt evidence-based approaches tailored to each person, including experiential, cognitive-behavioural & mindfulness-based methods.
